3.2 The Selling Of Our Idea

Faith, fear, and fact have played a major roll in how we convinced our contractors to incorporate the new technologies that we now use in our panther puppy daycare. We used faith by showing that if they used our transaction processing system they would be able to obtain positive moral improvement and most importantly increased revenue. We used fear by explaining to them that if they did not implement the customer relationship system there customer moral would fall and that eventually this would lead to little to no customers and would eventually lead to bankruptcy. We also used the aspect of fact to convince the contractors of Panther puppy day care by showing them the benefit analysis chart. With this we could show them with real numbers that if the implemented our management supply system that we could assure that they see a 20% increase in sales by the end of the year.
