Customers that are put into our system need an Id to be identified in our system. When they are first entered into the system they are nothing but numbers and letters to us. Then we must format this information so that we can understand the data in the system; we are doing this by translating it to customer's name then DOB this will represent how we turn it into knowledge. Finally the the customer ID can be used to give our pet trainers and care givers detailed information about their customers such as what services the customer is most likely going to purchase and other important information vital to our growing business.
